Tuition at Queen Anne Community School covers the school day, between 8.45am and 3.30pm in Pre-K through Fifth Grade - September through June. Before/After School and Summer Program fees are paid in addition to school fees for children enrolled in Kindergarten through Fifth grade.

Please note: Queen Anne Community School has financial aid available based on financial need. Siblings receive an automatic 10% tuition reduction. Please contact the school for further information.
Before and After School Care
Children at Queen Anne Community School can enroll in the Before and After School Care provided by Young Child Academy (YCA) at a reduced rate. The Before School Program operates Monday to Friday, between 7.00am and 8.45am. The After School Program operates Monday to Friday, between 3.30pm - 5.45pm. Summer Program
The YCA Summer Program is charged at the same rate as QACS monthly tuition through the academic year. For Pre-K children, this is in recognition of the fact that we maintain the same teacher-to-child ratio and offer similar learning activities throughout the summer. For Kindergarten through Fifth grade children, while a slightly higher child-to-teacher ratio is maintained, increased costs are associated with the many enrichment activities offered during this period. Please note: YCA summer program fees are charged in monthly amounts. Payment options of less than one month are not currently offered. For planning purposes, families are asked to enroll their child for a minimum of one month.

Financial Aid
Queen Anne Community School seeks to attract and retain a diverse group of children and families. That means making tuition as affordable as possible for all families wanting to join our school. Our Financial Aid Committee relies upon a third-party assessment of financial need, determined confidentially through the School and Student Services (SSS) program. The 'SSS Application for Financial Aid' is processed through the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). Our Committee uses these evaluations to determine appropriate tuition reductions for eligible families.
Families wishing to apply for financial aid are encouraged to apply by visiting the SSS website (http://www.nais.org/go/sss). Our school code is: 5183. Applications will be reviewed by our Financial Aid Committee and a decision communicated to families as soon as possible.
